XBox 360 To Be “Most Reliable Console”

The Xbox 360 has no doubt earned the reputation of a very unreliable console. Microsoft has acknowledged these issues by extending warranties and such, but Bill Gates has recently said warranty support isn’t enough, and Microsoft is aiming to make the 360 more reliable than the competitors’.
We’ve got incredible reliability on the new work we’ve done…Our commitment is that it will be the most reliable video game box out there. People really love the Xbox because of the content, but we’ve got to make sure that the hardware never stands in the way of that.
Gates is most likely refering to the new Falcon chipsets placed into the second edition of 360s, which have been better about RRoDs, but can the 360 be more reliable than the 360?, which Sony stated only has a .02% failure rating. Probably not since Microsoft contracts 360 production to various low-bidding third parties.

Rock Band Stage Kit - $99.99 @ GameStop

The wonderful find by the guys over at Destructoid have uncovered the Rock Band Stage Kit, bringing you even nearer to your Rockstar Dreams. Refer to Nickelback’s new song. The not-yet-launched peripheral kit was spotted on Gamestop’s website, selling for $99.99. Right now all we know is that it includes an interactive light show and smoke show. Most of you are probably thinking right now that this is completely unnecessary, and a waste of money, but you could be wrong, like about that “chick” you were dating turning out to be a transvestite. What could be greater than being that much closer to achieveing your rock’n'roll dream? You did stop to notice that you are dishing out riffs on a plastic guitar thats connected to a console, right? Anyways, the kit will be available, for true rockers, on June 23rd. Just watch your smoke alarms.
Midterms Are A Pain..

Sorry for the short two posts everyday. Midterms are coming up, and I’ve been giving a million reviews on top on projects that I need to get done. It’s literally a mountain, and unfortunately school has to come first. So again, sorry for the limited amount of posting. Hope to be going back to the normal six posts a day. Wish me luck for now with this stuff :D.
New Guitar Hero Controllers At CES

No doubt Guitar Hero is a really popular game amongst all ages, so it’s not surprising that many companies are coming up with custom guitars of their own. It’s also not surprising they suck. Take a look at the Shredmaster Jr.
